Qualifications & Experience

I have completed and passed the extensive 4 years official practical and academic training in Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy and Counselling at the well respected Metanoia Institute, whereby I am in the final stages of completing my MSc in Relational Transactional Analysis (TA) in Psychotherapy and Counselling. My personal approach is Humanistic, Person-Centred, Psychoanalytic but I also integrate other approaches such as Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am also a Anxiety UK preferred practitioner and a Stop/Quit Smoking Specialist (face to face and skype).

I have previously worked with clients from all backgrounds at varying ends of the continuum in MIND as well working within Child Protection, Family Mediation, with a mentoring program for disadvantaged young women, with young people with challenging behaviour and run post natal depression and anxiety group therapy programs. I currently run self development groups throughout the year that can support therapy and growth of interpersonal skills.
